- What is the difference between a regular apartment unit and a suite?
Generally, a suite has a more spacious living area--and usually would have a street-facing balcony, upgraded toilet and bath, and can provide for extra sleeping space like a sofa bed, futon or foldable mattress in the living room.
- Can I pay for my reservation fee online?
Definitely! We are happy to help process your reservation online. We can accept payment for reservation fees via MoneyGram, PayPal, Venmo or thru Direct Bank Transfers. Contact us at bookings@sanlorenzoresidences.com for queries.
- How much am I required to pay upon check-in?
For stays less than two months, you will be required to pay full rent for your whole stay plus a security deposit. For stays more than 2 months, you are required to pay rent for 2 months -- the first and last months' rent -- plus a security deposit.
- Can I check out the rooms first before I book?
Of course! Feel free to set an appointment with the Property Manager for an ocular from Monday to Friday during regular office hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm). Come visit us at 124 Murphy Street, New Kalalake, Olongapo City (see map).
- Can I just reserve without paying the reservation fee?
You would have to pay a non-refundable (one-night's rate) reservation fee, for us to reserve the dates that you want to stay with us. This would give you the priority to book your preferred dates, ahead of other clients who would later walk-in or would want to reserve similar dates.
